CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Hand-made with noble and delicate materials, such as gold and precious stones, our jewels need special care and attention to ensure they stay as beautiful as when you first got them.

Due to its malleability gold can be damaged by external factors, which can change its format, colour and texture. Usage and abrasions can create marks on your jewel and affect its shine and overall look. Although this is a natural result of wearing the jewels you love, we recommend care in handling and using your pieces.

A few tips:

For daily cleaning we recommend using a soft and dry flannel to maximise its shine

Jewellery set with gems can be brought to life by careful cleaning with a soft brush and soapy water, or with a proprietary jewellery cleaning solution.

Wipe pearls with a soft damp cloth after wearing to remove perfume, hairspray and anything else likely to damage them.

Don't use abrasive cleaners on jewellery.

Don’t use silver ‘dip’ type cleaning solutions on gold jewellery, only special jewellery cleaners.

Keep jewellery carefully stored and separated, preferably in a box. Keep chains fastened so that they don’t get tangled up.

When residuals accumulate on your jewel, you can contact us, so that a professional cleaning service can be provided. However, be aware, it is not recommended to professionally clean your jewel at intervals shorter than one year.
